• Represented a privately held insurance and financial services holding company in connection with a $420 million construction loan secured by an 800-unit multifamily property.
• Represented a lender in connection with a $170 million construction loan secured by a 500+ unit multifamily property.

Sean Fitzgerald represents institutional banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, asset managers, developers, owners, and investors in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Sean has experience supporting acquisitions and dispositions; development; commercial mortgage, bridge, mezzanine and construction financing; distressed debt; joint ventures; and workouts and restructurings.

Sean earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He received his B.B.A. in finance and financial management services from Manhattan University.
