Melissa Flores advises clients on the formation and management of funds.
Before joining the firm, Melissa served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Marc T. Treadwell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Hon. William Grady Hamrick III of the Georgia Statewide Business Court, and the Hon. Melynee Leftridge of the Fulton County Superior Court.
Melissa earned her J.D., with honors, from Mercer University School of Law, where she was president of Phi Delta Phi. She earned two B.A. degrees in international affairs and public relations, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
