Jason also supports clients in regulatory, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Jason gained experience with public company, private equity, and financial institution M&A transactions, and venture capital financings, in industries including financial technology, corporate services, chemicals, and manufacturing. He also has experience leading corporate restructuring activities for clients involved in venture capital financings and standalone governance actions.
