Stephen Foss focuses his practice on commercial litigation and government investigations. Stephen has experience in antitrust law, including mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Stephen earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, Stephen was a research assistant to the former dean of the University of Virginia School of Law, John C. Jeffries Jr. He also served as the news media editor for UVA Law Weekly and was a staff member with the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Before law school, Stephen worked as a partner development representative at a strategy management software company and coached youth soccer.
Stephen earned a B.A. in communication studies, with a concentration in public relations, summa cum laude, from James Madison University, where he played Division I soccer.
