Anna has structured and negotiated securitization transactions, warehouse lines of credit, participation arrangements, conduit financing arrangements, and other types of structured and secured lending transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes, including timeshare loans, personal consumer loans, equipment loans and leases, merchant cash advances, manufactured housing, agency and private-label residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights, and servicing advance receivables. She also advises on revenue-based financing related to specific receivables and on the receivables financing aspects of large industry mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcies.
