Jamie N. Furst focuses her practice on representing owners, large general contractors, and developers in negotiating contracts and during all stages of construction claims litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in disputes over delays, extra work, defective work, changed conditions, and contract terminations. Jamie also provides counseling to government contractors on a wide variety of public contracting matters involving federal, state, and local procurement rules and regulations, and in adversary proceedings, including pre- and post-award bid protests. Jamie is recognized by The Best Lawyers of America® “Ones to Watch” for Construction Law.
During law school at the University of Southern California, Jamie worked as a legal writing fellow and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Victor Kenton (Ret.) of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Jamie received her B.S. in business management with a minor in Spanish from Arizona State University, where she competed on the mock trial team.
