Andrea Galindo focuses on supporting Alston & Bird’s Finance Group in its representation of debt and financing transactions for private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as other various finance matters including managing know your customer (KYC) compliance.
Before joining the firm, Andrea was a senior paralegal for a global investment firm supporting private equity M&A transactions, fund formations, KYC, and investor relations.
Andrea earned her B.A. in sociology from California State University, Northridge, and ABA-approved Certificate of Paralegal Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension.
