Andrea Galvez represents clients in environmental litigation and toxic tort litigation matters in federal and state courts and counsels clients on a range of regulatory compliance matters. She advises clients on issues involving PFAS, extended producer responsibility (EPR) state programs, climate disclosure requirements, and contamination concerns. Andrea has experience tracking and analyzing legal developments on the federal, state, and local levels related to PFAS and ESG laws. She also conducts environmental due diligence in both buyer- and seller-side transactions. Andrea serves on the firm’s Associates Committee.
Andrea maintains an active immigration pro bono practice, having represented multiple clients in applications for affirmative immigration relief. She serves on the Emerging Leaders Council for the nonprofit organization Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network.
Andrea received her J.D., with high honors and induction into the Order of the Coif, from the Emory University School of Law. During law school, she served as a legal extern for Justice Sarah Hawkins Warren of the Georgia Supreme Court and the Hon. Timothy C. Batten, Sr. of the Northern District of Georgia.
