Lisa Garcia is an experienced commercial litigator in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Lisa represents clients across various industries in a range of matters in both state and federal court. Lisa focuses her practice on complex business litigation, internal corporate investigations, contract disputes, privacy-related matters, consumer protection matters, food and beverage litigation, administrative procedure hearings, mass arbitrations, class actions, and franchise litigation.
Lisa also handles all types of employment cases, including single-plaintiff and class action suits involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment matters in both state and federal courts and in administrative hearings and conferences.
