Brendan Gibson is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. He represents corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, and other financial lending institutions in a variety of lending transactions, including asset-based financing, leveraged finance, and syndicated lending. The Best Lawyers in America© recognized Brendan on its “Ones to Watch” list in the area of Banking and Finance Law for 2023 and 2024.
Brendan received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, he was the executive managing editor for The Journal of College and University Law. He received a B.B.A. in finance and a B.S.Ed. in sport management from the University of Georgia.
