Sam Goldstein is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. He focuses his practice on representing corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, and other financial lending institutions in debt financing.
Sam received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and he received a B.S. in quantitative economics from Auburn University.
