Matthew Hallman represents institutional lenders on commercial real estate finance transactions including loan originations, modifications, note purchase agreements, and other related transactions. He is experienced in the documentation and review of complex title, survey, and zoning matters, entity formation, corporate resolutions, opinion letters, and other general transactional due diligence.
Matthew’s previous experience includes guiding commercial real estate developers through the acquisition, disposition, restructuring, and financing of commercial, industrial, and multifamily residential real property. Matthew leverages his prior experience on the borrower side to help provide his lender clients with a holistic approach to their commercial real estate finance transactions.
