T. Reid Hansen is an associate in the Finance Group on the Corporate Debt Team. He represents corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, portfolio companies, and alternative capital sources in transactional debt financing matters.
Reid earned his J.D., summa cum laude, and his certificate in legal analytics and innovation from the Georgia State University College of Law, where he was the treasurer for the Business and Law Society, secretary for the Oglethorpe Legal Society, and a member of the Order of the Coif. He was also a staff member of the Georgia State University Law Review and received the honor of high distinction in Pro Bono and Public Service. Reid externed for the Hon. Walter Davis in the Georgia State-wide Business Court. He received his B.B.A. in finance, with honors, from the University of Georgia.
