Philip Hawkyard focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation with experience in U.S. district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Philip is a former law clerk for the Hon. Raymond C. Clevenger, III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and a former judicial extern for the Hon. Jeffrey S. White of the Northern District of California.
Before law school, Philip worked as a licensed design engineer and project manager for an engineering company in the San Francisco Bay Area. Philip received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California, College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and earned his bachelors of science in mechanical engineering from Northwestern University.
