Jonathan Hermann is a senior associate in the Atlanta office and a member of Alston & Bird’s Litigation and Trial Practice Group. Jon has represented clients in commercial disputes involving structured products, false advertising, antitrust matters, and other litigation. Clients value his experience litigating matters before federal, appeals, and state courts. Following law school, Jon served as a federal law clerk for the Hon. Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the Hon. Eric N. Vitaliano of the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Jon earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While at Fordham, Jon participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic and served as a senior articles editor of the Fordham Law Review, an executive senator of the Student Bar Association, and on Fordham Moot Court. He earned his B.S. in policy analysis and management from Cornell University.
