Watson Horner is a senior associate with the Corporate Debt Finance Team. He focuses his practice on representing corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, and other financial lending institutions in debt financing.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Watson was a clerk for the Hon. Greg G. Guidry of the Eastern District of Louisiana. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and earned his B.A. in history from the University of Mississippi.
