Jenny Hulse focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. During law school, Jenny externed for the Hon. Barbara M.G. Lynn in the Northern District of Texas. She also previously interned with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and Dickey’s Capital Group, assisting with a broad spectrum of corporate transactions.
Jenny received her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as editor in chief of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce. She also served as student attorney in the First Amendment Clinic where she focused on matters involving the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA) and the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). Jenny was named the 2025 winner of the Institute for Energy Law’s Hartrick Scholar Writing Competition and earned a B.F.A. in theatre studies from Southern Methodist University.
