• Representing numerous financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and negotiating sponsorship arrangements with financial technology companies and other third-party service providers.
• Representing several financial institutions in negotiating card-incentive agreements with the two largest card networks.
• Representing various financial institutions and financial technology companies in navigating and, where applicable, complying with the rules and requirements of the two largest card networks.
• Representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in numerous public and private offerings of subordinated notes.
• Representing private investors in acquisitions of, and significant investments in, financial institutions.

Jordan Jensen is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Financial Services Group. She advises banking and payments clients on a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and matters related to the issuance, acceptance, and processing of payments-related products and services.

Jordan earned her J.D., cum laude with a business concentration, from Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Jordan served as the managing editor of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law and on the board of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. She earned her B.A. in English and sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.
