Hope Kagan focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters.
Hope earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. During law school, Hope was a member of the Barton Appeal for Youth Clinic, where she argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals in a case involving judicial misconduct in a Fulton County Juvenile Court dependency proceeding. She also served as a research assistant to Andrew K. Jennings and was a staff editor for the Emory Law Journal.
Hope served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Lisa Godbey Wood, in the Southern District of Georgia, the Hon. Christopher C. Bly, Magistrate Judge, in the Northern District of Georgia, and the Hon. Emily K. Richardson in the Superior Court of Fulton County.
