Matt Kelsey represents large financial institutions that provide corporate trust and agency services as they navigate complex financial transactions, including CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations.
Matt received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for the Law & Contemporary Problems journal.
