Scott Kitchens focuses his practice on private mergers and acquisitions, strategic commercial transactions, and growth equity investments. He brings extensive experience in a variety of industries, including technology, food and beverage, payments and fintech, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
Scott regularly advises institutional investors, strategic acquirers, and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions, with particular depth in minority investments and joint ventures. He is frequently engaged to represent minority investors in complex equity structures and governance arrangements and is known for his ability to align legal strategy with long-term business objectives.
In addition to M&A and investment work, Scott leads negotiations on high-value commercial agreements, including supply chain, logistics, distribution, licensing, and co-manufacturing arrangements—often involving international operations and regulatory considerations. His ability to translate legal complexity into actionable business insight makes him a trusted advisor in high-stakes negotiations and strategic planning.
