Jacob Koenigson works with issuers, underwriters, sellers, and servicers in connection with mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations and the purchase, sale, servicing, warehousing, and financing of mortgage loans and other financial assets.
Before joining the firm, Jacob served as a tank commander for the Israel Defense Forces and worked as a paralegal in the investment management group of an Am Law 200 firm. Jacob earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School’s Evening Division, with a concentration in business and finance law, and received the Joseph Solomon Award for Excellent Character and Fitness.
