As a member of the Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Finance Team, Chelsea Kowalchuk focuses on financial institutions offering corporate trust services in capital markets and structured finance transactions, bringing a strong background in accounting and financial analysis to her practice.
Before joining the firm, Chelsea worked as an auditor for a Big 4 firm and as a financial analyst. She became a licensed CPA in 2018 and remains actively licensed with the North Carolina State Board of Accountancy. Chelsea was also involved with the Washington & Lee Tax Clinic, representing low-income taxpayers before the IRS.
