Ann Lee represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Before joining the firm, Ann represented banks and private credit lenders in structuring and executing leveraged finance transactions, including asset-based and cash-flow facilities for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and corporate growth. She also advised on cross-border financings involving multi-jurisdictional collateral structures and intercreditor arrangements.
Ann has also negotiated and drafted credit agreements and related documents for term loans and revolving credit facilities. She has advised on loan workouts, restructurings, and distressed debt resolutions, including modifications and forbearance agreements and enforcement strategies for secured lenders.
Ann has also counseled secured creditors through all phases of Chapter 7 and 11 proceedings, with a focus on preserving collateral rights and optimizing recoveries. She has participated in the negotiation of cash collateral stipulations, plan treatment and post-petition financing arrangements.
