Emily Leiter focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Emily served as an intern to the general counsel of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
Emily received her J.D., with high honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where she volunteered with the AVLF Safe Families Office assisting victims of domestic violence obtain temporary protective orders. She also competed and coached for the Prince Evidence Moot Court team. While in law school, Emily served as a judicial intern to the Hon. William M. Ray, II with the Northern District of Georgia. She earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Spanish and psychology from Wake Forest University.
