Emily Leiter focuses her practice on handling a range of labor and employment and complex commercial matters, with an emphasis on employment litigation, arbitration, union negotiations, restrictive covenant disputes, contract drafting, and compliance counseling. Before joining the firm, Emily interned with the general counsel of an impact litigation non-profit and assisted with a range of labor and employment matters and compliance reviews.
Emily earned her J.D., with high honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Emily competed for and coached Emory’s moot court team. She was also a judicial intern to the Hon. William M. Ray, II with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Before law school, Emily earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in Spanish and psychology from Wake Forest University.
