Brad Lewis is a member of the Private Equity team, where he advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, growth and venture investments, and general corporate matters.
Brad received his J.D., with high honors, from The University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for Justice Tamara Patterson Barringer at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and as a staff member on the North Carolina Law Review. Brad received his B.S., with highest distinction, in business administration from The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he also was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
