Before joining Alston & Bird, Lisa served as the managing director and deputy general counsel at a leading fintech-focused bank, where she oversaw legal strategy for enterprise risk and regulatory matters. Before this, she held the role of vice president and associate general counsel at a global Fortune 500 fintech company, where she led legal strategy and execution for complex network, partner, and issuer-acquirer agreements, supporting global expansion across payments, data, and digital banking verticals.
