Li Lin represents corporate borrowers, sponsors, banks, and other financial lending institutions in debt financing matters.
Li earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude, including the Dean’s List, Ethos of Excellence Scholarship, and the Certificate of Outstanding Merit. Li participated in the 2025 National Tax Moot Court Competition, served as the executive communications editor of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, and served as the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association at UF Law. Li earned her bachelor of laws in international politics from Sun Yat-sen University in Zhuhai, China, with a minor in French.
