• Defended a global Fortune 500 beverage company in consumer class actions raising claims against beverage products in the client’s portfolio.
• Representing a leading postsecondary education services provider in putative class actions related to student enrollment and accreditation.
• Negotiated a favorable settlement for a leading health care insurer in arbitration against a health care provider for breach of contract to recover overpayments to the provider, after obtaining a complete dismissal of the health care provider’s counterclaims and obtaining partial summary judgment in the client’s favor.
• Defended a Fortune-50-managed health care company in multistate class action litigation regarding specialty drug coverage, which was resolved through motions practice and a favorable settlement.
• Obtained dismissal on behalf of a software developer in a business dispute against one of the largest privately held hospitality management companies in the world.
• Defended a leading medical device sterilization company in hundreds of cases claiming injuries or property devaluations from alleged exposure to ethylene oxide emissions.

Taylor Lin is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Taylor has experience counseling and representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters across an array of industries, with a particular focus on the food and beverage, health care, and education spaces. Taylor has represented clients in various disputes before state and federal courts across the country, including breach of contract, fraud, false advertising and unfair competition, business torts, and class action defense.

Taylor received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law. She received the HeLP Legal Services Clinic Award for excellence in written and oral advocacy on behalf of the indigent families served by the HeLP Clinic. Taylor received her B.A. from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude.
