Mark is a senior associate with the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. He works with issuers, underwriters, sellers, and servicers in connection with mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations and the purchase, sale, servicing, warehousing, and financing of mortgage loans and other financial assets.
Mark earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and received his B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton, with a History & Philosophy Politics and Law major.
