Samantha Looker’s practice centers on supporting complex litigation involving intellectual property and technology driven business disputes. She has experience working on copyright, trademark, and trade secrets matters, as well as broader commercial litigation, and regularly assists with discovery, motion practice, and appellate briefing. Her work spans the full lifecycle of disputes, including pre litigation assessment, trial preparation, and appeals.

Samantha has also worked on class action matters and litigation with industry wide implications. Before entering private practice, she gained government experience as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, where she assisted with investigations into claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Samantha has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch^® in 2026 for intellectual property law and intellectual property litigation.
