Olivia Lubarsky focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, drawing on experience across federal courts and government agencies. Olivia worked as a judicial extern to the Hon. J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Hon. Randolph D. Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as an intern for the Department of Justice Criminal Division, Fraud Section and as a law clerk for the U.S. AbilityOne Commission, Office of Inspector General.
Olivia earned her J.D., magna cum laude and with election into the Order of the Coif, from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as senior articles editor of the American University Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Rhetoric Department and the Anti-Corruption Law Program. Olivia received her B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from Towson University, where she competed on the Division I gymnastics team.
