Matt Macia is a senior associate with the Corporate Debt Finance Team. Matt represents banks, sponsors, corporate borrowers, and other financial lending institutions in transactions and debt financing.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Matt practiced law at another international law firm. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he was an online editor of the Emory Law Journal and externed for the Hon. Britt C. Grant of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Matt earned his B.A., with honors, in economics from University of Alabama.
