Anissa Malik is an associate in the Finance Group on the Structured & Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Anissa earned her J.D. from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she was secretary for the Immigration Law Society and a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. She worked as a graduate research assistant on children’s rights and co-authored a paper with her professor titled “Children’s Rights and Human Rights Education Through Museums.” Anissa served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Ona T. Wang, Southern District Court of New York. She received her B.A. from Wellesley College in political science and Middle Eastern studies and served as an editor for the International Relations Council Journal and as a student ambassador for the Wellesley Centers for Women.
