Anne Martin is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Anne was a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division. She was also as a law clerk at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. Anne worked closely with the assistant attorneys general, assisting with case investigation and trial preparation to prosecute complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-defendant cases in organized crime.
Anne graduated with her J.D. from The George Washington University, where she served as a student attorney in the Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Services Clinic, representing clients in their appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Before attending law school, Anne worked for the Oregon Department of Human Services as a child protective services worker.
