Yorlibeth Martinez focuses on representing large financial institutions that provide corporate trust, agency, and asset servicing functions as they navigate complex capital markets and structured finance transactions, including CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations.
Yorlibeth brings valuable perspective from her experience clerking for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and her background in insolvency, real estate, and contract law. She earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she received multiple honors and served as a student attorney with the Legal Aid Society’s Tenants’ Rights Advocacy Clinic.
