As a member of the Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Finance Team, Peyton Massardo focuses on financial institutions offering corporate trust services in capital markets and structured finance. Peyton’s experience includes representing banks and other financial institutions in connection with syndicated and bilateral middle market and investment grade loans. She also has experience representing issuers and sponsors in equipment ABS securitization and related warehouse facilities.
Peyton earned her J.D. from the Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, magna cum laude, where she received the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship and was president of the school’s Federal Bar Association. She earned her B.A.s in politics and international studies at Centre College.
