Meghan McBerry

• Counsel for one of the leading pharmacy benefit managers in an ongoing multidistrict litigation and in other related state and federal court actions.

• Defended a life insurance company in a significant yearly renewable term (YRT) rate increase reinsurance arbitration.

Meghan McBerry focuses on a variety of practice areas, including health care, FCRA litigation, products liability, reinsurance, and toxic tort.  Before joining the firm, Meghan was an associate with an international firm in California, where she litigated matters related to trade secrets and restrictive covenants. She also served as an extern for the Hon. Elizabeth Laporte of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and worked as a mediator in various small claims and dependency courts in Los Angeles county.

Meghan earned her J.D., from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, where she served as a participant and editor of the Moot Court honors program. Meghan earned her B.A., with academic distinction, in English and a minor in Spanish, from the University of California, Berkeley.
