Meghan McBerry is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Meghan was an associate with an international firm in California, where she litigated matters related to trade secrets, restrictive covenants, copyright, and property law. She also served as an extern for the Hon. Elizabeth Laporte of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and worked as a mediator in various small claims and dependency courts in Los Angeles county.
Meghan earned her J.D., from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, where she served as a participant and editor of the Moot Court honors program. Meghan earned her B.A., with academic distinction, in English and a minor in Spanish, from the University of California, Berkeley.
