Lauren McHale is counsel with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. She focuses her practice on representing trustees and agents in a variety of financial transactions, including high-yield debt transactions, loan agency, project finance, public-private partnerships, structured debt financings, and other corporate debt issuances.
Lauren received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her B.A. in political science from Miami University.
