Alexander Morato represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, public companies, and privately held companies as borrowers and financial institutions as lenders in various types of secured and unsecured financings.
Alexander earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review and volunteered at El Centro Legal Clinics. Before law school, he worked at a CPA firm managing its finances . He received his B.S. in political science, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University.
