• Represented the indenture trustee in a securitization of solar receivables that was voted the “Esoteric ABS Deal of the Year (2020)” by Global Capital.
• Represented the owner trustee in a securitization of auto receivables that was voted the “ABS Deal of the Year (2020)” by Global Capital.
• Represented the collateral trustee in a restructuring and subordinated secured financing in which the debtor pledged over $10 billion in non-agency mortgage assets to the collateral trustee for the benefit of the secured lenders.
• Representing institutions in multiple trust and agency roles for ABS warehouse and securitization facilities (including auto, student loans, consumer, marketplace, credit card, equipment , and esoteric asset classes).
• Representing independent directors and independent managers in the formation and management of special purpose LLCs.

Chip More is a senior associate on Alston & Bird’s Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Team. He represents leading banks, trust companies, and other financial service providers in navigating complex financial transactions where they serve as owner trustee, indenture trustee, collateral agent, custodian, securities intermediary, verification agent, calculation agent, back-up servicer, and paying agent. Chip also represents independent managers and independent directors in the formation and management of special purpose LLCs.

Before joining the firm, Chip practiced with a leading Delaware law firm where he gained particular experience in the use of Delaware statutory trusts in asset backed financings. Chip previously served as a senior transaction manager for a leading corporate trust institution, where he negotiated the institution’s engagement in MBS and ABS transactions.
