Katherine Morrow is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Investment Funds Group, where she is a member of the firm’s REITs Team. She represents REITs and real estate funds in matters related to their formation, public securities offerings, and private placements. Katherine also advises clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
