Katherine Morrow is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Investment Funds Group, where she is a member of the firm’s REITs Team. She represents REITs and real estate funds in matters related to their formation, public securities offerings, and private placements. Katherine also advises clients on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.

Katherine is a member of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives Rising Leaders Program, a leadership development program dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in the alternative investments industry by providing practical industry education, leadership development, and mentorship.
