• Crafted the legal framework and a suite of accompanying agreements to support data monetization by a global shipping transportation company.

Adria Moshe focuses her practice on technology transactions and related data strategy issues. She regularly advises a broad range of clients, from financial institutions to consumer health services, on effective strategies to present online terms in ways that form enforceable contracts, greatly reducing litigation exposure. She crafts and negotiates business-critical technology and data use agreements, including those involving software licensing, solutions access (SaaS and PaaS structures), data analytics services, and artificial intelligence.

Adria has negotiated dozens of e-commerce digital partnerships between Fortune 100 companies, such as leading global retailers and social media companies. She serves as lead or supporting IP and technology counsel in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, from IP-light industry roll-ups to multi-year transition deals for technology-based enterprises. She also manages or supports dozens of vendor- and client- side technology procurements in industries as diverse as entertainment, health care, e-commerce, and quick-service restaurants.

Adria previously served as foreign law clerk to the Hon. Neal Hendel on the Supreme Court of Israel and as extern to the Hon. Andrew J. Guilford of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Adria received her J.D., magna cum laude, and was an oralist on Penn Law’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, the recipient of the 2016 U.S. National Championship, Runner-up World Championship, and “Best Respondent in the World” awards.
