Vesselina Musick has experience across the entire range of antitrust practice, including merger review, investigations of allegedly anticompetitive conduct, multidistrict antitrust litigation, and compliance counseling. She has advised clients from a diverse set of industries, including aerospace, air transportation, pharmaceuticals, waste disposal and management services, industrial chemicals manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, milk marketing, and travel insurance, among others.
Vesselina’s practice focuses on merger review, where she assists with preliminary antitrust risk evaluation of proposed transactions, preparation of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) notifications, responses to requests for additional information and related advocacy. She developed strong expertise in the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and related rules during her service in the Premerger Notification Office within the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission. She leverages her insights in advising clients with complex deal structures and reporting obligations.
