As a member of the Corporate Trust, Agency & Asset Servicing Finance Team, Ryan Myers advises financial institutions in complex trust and structured finance transactions. He represents banks, trust companies, and other financial services providers acting in capacities such as trustee, collateral agent, custodian, and securities intermediary, supporting transactions from structuring through execution. Ryan also represents independent managers and directors in the formation and governance of special purpose entities.
Before joining the firm, Ryan advised clients on a broad range of transactional and commercial matters, including private equity fund formations, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience preparing third-party legal opinions in fund offerings and financings, drafting key transaction documents, and counseling clients on compliance-related matters, including unclaimed property audits and voluntary disclosure programs.
