• Defending multiple telecommunications carriers and suppliers in three cases involving four patents related to adaptive communication resource allocations. Cobblestone Wireless, LLC v. AT&T Inc., et al., Nos. 2:22-cv-00474, -00477, -00478 (E.D. Tex.).
• Defending a leading data storage solutions provider regarding four patents related to semiconductor architecture and technology. Longitude Licensing Limited v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 8:23-cv-00039 (C.D.Cal.).

Nicolette Nunez assists clients with patent infringement litigation and environmental matters, including litigation, regulatory, and transactional work.

Nicolette represents clients in patent infringement actions across a diverse range of complex technologies including semiconductors, data signaling, wireless technologies, medical devices, and mechanical devices throughout various federal court districts including the Eastern District of Texas and the District of Delaware. Nicolette gained valuable experience as an intern to the Hon. Ramon E. Reyes, Eastern District of New York through the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.

Before law school, Nicolette worked in the financial services industry collaborating with technology teams to develop and implement in-house technological solutions to improve business efficiencies.
