Nicolette Nunez is an associate with the Intellectual Property Litigation Group. She assists clients with patent infringement litigation and environmental matters, including litigation, regulatory, and transactional work.
Nicolette represents clients in patent infringement actions in federal court across a diverse range of complex technologies including semiconductors, data signaling, wireless technologies, medical devices, and mechanical devices. Nicolette gained valuable experience as an intern to the Hon. Ramon E. Reyes, Eastern District of New York through the Sonia and Celina Sotomayor Judicial Internship Program.
Before law school, Nicolette worked in the financial services industry collaborating with technology teams to develop and implement in-house technological solutions to improve business efficiencies.
