- Representing a joint venture in an action to enforce capital call obligations of a defaulting joint-venturer on a $2.3 billion public-private partnership project with the Florida Department of Transportation to revamp a 21-mile portion of Interstate 4 in Orlando, FL.
- Represented an engineering services company in defense of claims arising out of the development of two biomass plants in Franklin and Madison Counties, GA. Claims exceeded $250 million and involved disputes concerning plant design, construction, and performance.
- Represented the owner of a luxury hotel and apartment development in Tennessee in a construction dispute involving the project’s general contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Representing a national multifamily developer in various litigation matters in the Southeast and on the West Coast.
- Representing commercial and residential developers and contractors in a variety of construction disputes, mechanic’s lien claims, bond and indemnification claims, and contractual disputes of all forms.
- Represented a national retail corporation in municipal court for infraction and code enforcement violations filed against its Atlanta store locations.
- Represented a major U.S. financial institution in the resolution of an Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals action to recover damages arising out of the bank’s financial services contract with the Department of Defense for transportation payments.
- Represented government contractors in post-award protests at the federal and state levels, including at the Government Accountability Office and tribunals in Georgia and Kentucky.
