Kurt Osenbaugh is an experienced litigator who represented manufacturers, insurers and oil companies in commercial cases involving business torts, franchise, product distribution and environmental disputes. He tried cases for over 27 years and has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout California.
Kurt has spoken on various issues regarding business torts, franchise rights and the impact of environmental issues on the value of real property. He was consistently named a "Southern California Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine.
Kurt received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from UCLA in 1982, and his B.A. from Stanford University in 1979.
