Grace Osgood Claussen focuses on helping investment banks and hedge funds through legal issues pertaining to the purchase and sale of loans, distressed claims, equity securities, and debt securities. Before concentrating her practice on distressed debt, she worked on various capital markets transactions, including high yield and investment grade debt offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and other capital market matters.
Grace earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, she was a notes and articles editor on the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
