Wade Perrin is counsel in the New York office of Alston & Bird and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

Wade’s practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on patent litigation and licensing disputes. He has represented clients in lawsuits and appeals in federal courts across the U.S., including cases involving mechanical circulatory support devices, business rules management systems, pharmaceutical compounds, tissue grafts, and various other technologies and industries. He has also counseled clients in patent prosecution and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Wade received his J.D. from Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He received his A.B. from Princeton University, where he studied architecture and environmental design. He worked professionally in the fields of architecture and industrial design for several years before attending law school. Wade has also spoken at CLE lectures and events held by the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
